Information collected

When you voluntarily submit the contact form, the site collects the information you provide, including:

• Your name and email address.
• The reason for contacting Ariou Nakhaie.
• The contents of your message.
• Your acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice.

The hosting and form provider may also process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and spam-detection data.

How information is used

• To review, respond to, and maintain a record of your inquiry.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes when necessary.

The site does not use contact-form information for advertising or unrelated marketing.

Ariou Sales Video Automation and Google data

Ariou Sales Video Automation accesses Google and YouTube data only after Ariou Nakhaie grants OAuth permission. The application may access channel and video identifiers, video and playlist metadata, captions, thumbnails, comments, publication status, and an OAuth refresh token needed for unattended scheduled operation.

The application uses this access only to prepare, upload, quality-check, update, schedule, organize, and manage Ariou Nakhaie’s sales-training videos and related channel content. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendars, or unrelated Google services.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Automation storage, security, and providers

OAuth credentials are intended to be encrypted and access-controlled in Google Cloud Secret Manager. Generated media, episode manifests, and technical diagnostics may be stored in restricted Google Cloud Storage. Google Cloud and YouTube process information as necessary to provide hosting, authorization, storage, and channel-management services. Production providers such as HeyGen may process scripts or media needed to generate a presenter segment, but they are not given Google OAuth credentials.

Access is limited to the operator and authorized service identities. OAuth tokens are not sold, used for advertising, or shared for unrelated purposes.

Automation retention, revocation, and deletion

OAuth credentials are retained until authorization is revoked, the automation is disabled, or deletion is requested. Routine technical logs may be retained for up to 90 days, and temporary generation assets for up to 30 days unless needed longer to investigate a failed run or security issue. Final source media may be retained until the operator deletes it.

Google authorization may be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. A request to delete automation-related data may be sent to nakhaie.ariou@gmail.com. Verified deletion requests will be addressed within 30 days, subject to security, legal, and backup-retention requirements.

Embedded YouTube videos

The Sales 101 page offers a privacy-enhanced YouTube playlist player. The player is not loaded until you choose to watch a lesson. After activation, Google and YouTube may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, referring page, and interactions with the player, and may use cookies or similar storage under their own privacy practices.

Service providers and disclosure

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes website traffic and contact-form submissions as a service provider. The automation uses the providers described above only to perform its stated creator workflow. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, or respond to lawful requests.

Personal information and Google user data are not sold. They are not used for targeted advertising and are not knowingly shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are intended to be retained for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an ongoing professional relationship, dispute, security matter, or legal obligation.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted. You may also withdraw permission for future use, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

Send requests to nakhaie.ariou@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Reasonable verification may be required before a request is completed.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, health information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data through the contact form.

Children

This professional website is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International visitors

Information submitted through the site may be processed in the United States. International visitors may have additional rights under local law.

Changes and contact
